Foreword by Sir Ranulph Fiennes
It gives me great pleasure to write the foreword to this website which has been published for the very worthy cause of raising funds for the Help for Heroes charity.
The team is embarking upon a challenging 10 day adventure climbing over 10,000 ft and cycling over 500 miles, a task made more difficult for some by attempting to complete the cycle on a 100 year old quandem (four seat) bicycle!
I wish every success to all of the cyclists / climbers involved in this arduous challenge and I hope the team find it both exhilarating and enjoyable.
I am confident the team will achieve their objective of increasing public awareness of the injured troops returning from operations overseas and raising funds in support of their rehabilitation. Good luck!
